| The 3rd annual Texas Conference on Digital Libraries (TCDL) took place May 27-28, 2009, at the University of Texas at Austin. Conference sessions took place in the Avaya Auditorium of the Applied Computation Engineering & Sciences (A.C.E.S.) building.
TCDL sessions cover topics relevant to the creation and promotion of digital libraries at Texas institutions of higher learning. This year’s conference theme is Linking Digital Libraries and Users. One day prior to the main sessions, on May 26, the TCDL is hosting two new events: The TCDL Developers Forum, a technical seminar providing a structured environment for sharing ideas, projects, and technologies of interest to developers of digital libraries, systems, and applications; and The TCDL Electronic Thesis and Dissertation Forum, a forum for graduate school, thesis office, and library staff to discuss and address the issues surrounding ETDs. Please click here to learn how to register for any TCDL 2009 event. REGISTRATION IS CLOSED FOR TCDL2009. Copies of conference presentations will be available soon. PRESENTATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE!
