Supporting Documentation

If you choose to include supporting documentation, be selective. Supporting documentation should be relevant to the nomination and does not need to be exhaustive. Nor is supporting documentation required for a nomination.

Choose materials that best represent the nominated individual, group, or project. These materials might include but are not limited to:

  • Resumes
  • Photos or news clippings of projects, events, or honors associated with the project or person
  • Copies of nominee publications
  • Promotional materials related to the nomination
  • Reference letters (up to three) from those closely associated with the individual or project

Sending your miscellaneous documentation: The preferred file formats for electronic documents are JPG and PDF, although other formats will be accepted. Compiling all of the documentation into a single PDF is ideal.
