The full Member Board of the Texas Digital Library will holds its first annual meeting during the Texas Council of Academic Libraries meeting, which takes place in Austin in September 2011. At the Member Board meeting, the members will elect 3 representatives from the Tier 2 membership to serve as at-large members of the Governing Board.
A meeting of the newly constituted Governing Board will take place following these elections. At this time, the Governing Board will elect officers of the board, as well as the Executive Committee.
Below are the details of the two meetings. Members nominated for at-large Governing Board positions should be prepared to attend the Governing Board meeting held at noon.
