Many Texas Digital Library (TDL) services require information about the person using them, such as name or status as a faculty member at a TDL member institution. This information can be provided when the person logs in to the service using a shared access framework; this framework allows the person to sign on using his or her institutional ID and password.

All TDL member institutions are encouraged to join this access framework as soon as possible, and a list of the participating institutions is provided below.
