In this course, learners will gain advanced skills for customizing DSpace repositories to fit the specific needs of their institutions. The course will include hands-on experience in a DSpace testbed.

Among other topics, the course will cover:

• Customization of the look-and-feel of the repository
• Customizing the display of repository data

Possible audiences for the DSpace Customization course include library system administrators and repository managers. It is recommended that attendees have some previous working knowledge of DSpace.

Skill Level: Intermediate (Some previous use of DSpace is recommended.)
