TDL User Services

The Texas Digital Library strives to provide its members with the assistance they need to get the most out of TDL services. Both institutional and faculty users can take advantage of TDL Help Desk support and can look forward to additional user support services in the future.

TDL Support

TDL users can access the Help Desk form to get assistance with any TDL technology — from blogs to repositories.

TDL Services Request System

TDL faculty who wish to set up a Scholarly Blog, Research Wiki, or Electronic Journal can do so via the TDL Services Request System. With the automated system, users can immediately gain access to a new blog or wiki, or request assistance from TDL staff in setting up an online journal. Users can also manage their existing services through the system.

TDL Training

The Texas Digital Library offers training classes covering each of its technologies and services, including DSpace repositories, Vireo ETD submission and management, and faculty communications services like blogs, wikis, and electronic journals. All TDL training sessions are held on the Baylor University campus in Waco. Visit the TDL Training page for more information about dates, courses, location, and costs.
