Descriptive Metadata course moved to August 22

Because of a scheduling conflict, the TDL Training Program has changed the date and location of the Descriptive Metadata for Digital Objects class that was to take place August 15 at Baylor. The course will now be held on Monday, August 22 in the Perry-CastaƱeda Library at UT Austin in Room 1.202. (Map to Perry-CastaƱeda Library)

The Descriptive Metadata course, designed and led by the TDL Metadata Working Group, provides students with an understanding of descriptive metadata through hands-on experience in creating metadata records for digital objects.

The registration fee will be waived for this course only. To register, please email the TDL Program Coordinator at rsteans@austin.utexas.edu.
