  • the basic concepts behind the Semantic Web and linked data
  • the key terminology of linked data
  • how linking can create new knowledge through navigation

The course requires no prior technical knowledge, and is of interest to catalogers, tech services, reference staff, and management. There will be time for your questions, and follow-up reading suggestions will be provided.

The course instructor is Karen Coyle, a librarian with over thirty years of experience with library technology. Find out more at kcoyle.net.
