All registrants will receive a 100% refund of their registration fees. All sponsorships will also be refunded.

UPDATED THURSDAY MARCH 12, 2020 4:00PM CST

Though the Texas Conference on Digital Libraries is over two months away, we want you to know that, given national and international concerns surrounding the spread of COVID-19, we are keeping an eye on events and how they will affect TCDL 2020.

At this time, we are not announcing any changes or cancellations and continue to plan for the event as scheduled.

However, we are also monitoring information and guidance coming from the Centers for Disease Control, World Health Organization, the City of Austin, and the University of Texas at Austin, our organizational home. We look to their guidance around preventing the spread of the novel coronavirus, and will make decisions about the conference in the interest of public health and safety. Should we decide to cancel or postpone the conference, we will investigate alternative formats and/or dates for TCDL.

In the meantime, anyone who needs to cancel their TCDL registration due to COVID-19 will receive a full refund. And in the event that the conference is cancelled, all registrants will be issued a full refund.

The TCDL Planning Committee and the Texas Digital Library prioritize the health and safety of each of our members, partners, and conference guests, and we commit to making a timely decision regarding cancellation or postponement.

We will maintain communication with you about  any changes via this web page, email, and social media.

Please email us at info@tdl.org to request a refund or to voice your questions and concerns.

Wishing you and yours a healthy spring.
