Texas Digital Library will host train-the-trainer workshops to prepare campus leaders to implement OTN’s OER faculty incentive programs on their campuses. Approximately 30 to 50 members may attend each workshop.

RESERVATION CUT OFF DATE: The guest room block will be held in full until February 16, at which time, any rooms not picked up (reserved) will be released by the hotel for sale to the general public.
Additional Information: Plenty of free parking, Candlewood Cupboard Is available for food purchases breakfast items, snacks, lunch, and dinner items available. A full service restaurant (Kays-not affiliated, but is within walking distance) is also open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

GUARANTEE POLICY: Guest rooms must be guaranteed with a valid credit card for late arrival. No-show reservations may be charged one night’s room and tax at the group rate to the individual.
Cancellation: Individual reservation cancellations should be made one day prior to arrival (to avoid potential late cancellation penalty of one night room charge).
