Since Texas Digital Library is headquartered at The University of Texas at Austin, we ask UT Libraries to register for TCDL in a different way.
HOW TO REGISTER (UT LIBRARIES ONLY)
- Seek approval from your supervisor/department to attend the conference.
- Submit a Request for Travel Approval (RTA) form.
- Once approved, Aggie McAlester will direct you to a separate UTL registration Google form. UTL staff will not use the EventBrite registration page.

Early Bird Registration Fees extended to 11:30 pm on May 9.
- $100 for students – This discount is available to UTL staff who are utilizing the staff education benefit.
Discounted registration for students at any level, from any institution
- $250 for TDL Members – ALL UTL staff are TDL members.
