Texas Digital Library supports its members’ efforts to expand the use of Open Educational Resources (OER) at their institutions through community-building, the development of shared resources, and coordination with other statewide organizations. Open Education Network Membership

OER Users Group
The TDL OER Users Group (OUG) encourages the widespread use of open educational resources (OER) across Texas institutions by creating opportunities for open education advocates and practitioners to come together to exchange information and create resources for TDL members and the broader OER community.
The OUG membership is open to representatives from any TDL member institution. The group will generate opportunities for prospective member participation through open quarterly meetings, events, and working groups or projects for anyone working in open education.
TDL Members can join the OER Users Group by subscribing to the OER Users Group email list, or by contacting TDL at info@tdl.org.
Open Texas Conference
Texas Digital Library co-organizes the Open Texas OER Conference with its partners the Digital Higher Education Consortium of Texas and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. See https://www.opentexas.org/ for more information.
