The following guidelines are meant to help attendees and presenters of the 2019 TCDL. Should you have additional questions, please contact the Texas Digital Library at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. How do I submit a proposal?
A. Please submit your proposal here. All proposals (e.g., presentations, panels, posters, workshops, etc.) must be submitted by the proposal deadline. Instructions for submitting proposals are coming soon. Keep in mind:
- If your proposal is accepted, you MUST REGISTER for the conference and are responsible for your registration, housing, and travel costs.
Q. Do I have to register for the conference if my proposal is accepted?

Q. Will the conference host (Texas Digital Library) cover any other conference-related expenses for presenters?
A. No, the TDL does not cover any other conference-related expenses for presenters. We rely on registration funding and sponsorships to pay for the venue and conference arrangements.

A. No, the TCDL registration is for all 3 days of the conference, including pre-conference workshops. There may be special pre- or post-conference workshops or training opportunities that will require a separate registration and fee. If you are interested in just attending the pre-conference meetings/workshops please contact our conference planner via email@example.com.

A. No, however attendees from TDL member institutions receive a discount on conference registration.
